What type of files can I send?
We accept: - EIPs (Capture One files with your corrections / crop etc.), - RAWs + XMPs (original files from your camera, settings put on top of them through Camera RAW), - TIFFs with or without any markups, corrections - JPEGs high quality (or film scans)
How can I send you the Images?
You can use any comfortable way to share your images. It can be Wetransfer, Dropbox, etc.
Are you able to handle larger amount of Images?
Yes we do, we need to discuss the details in advance to book this time for you.
Do you work with fixed rates, or do you work by the project, and do you work with budgets?
Usually we work with per image rate which can be flexible depending on the complexity and type of the images, but we can negotiate the budget/fixed price for a project fixing the amount of the images since it will mean for us the same.
Do you work as a freelancer or do you have a team to cover overflow of work?
We have a creative team of 8 retouchers on board, senior retoucher/supervisor Shubham Singh as a coordinator as well as project manager.
